Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking an exceptional leader to serve as Chair of the Department of Breast Medical Oncology. This role includes active leadership within Moffitt Medical Group and the Moffitt Research Institute, driving clinical excellence, research innovation, and academic advancement.

• Provide strategic leadership for program development, clinical operations, faculty research, and academic activities.
• Oversee budgetary stewardship and departmental performance.
• Foster a culture of research and scholarly activity to strengthen the academic environment.
• Maintain and enhance didactic programs and technical training for faculty, APPs, and trainees.
• Practice medicine at the highest standard and serve as a role model for clinical excellence.
• Report directly to the Physician-in-Chief.

• Proven track record of leadership and strategic vision in Breast Medical Oncology.
• MD, DO, MD/PhD, or DO/PhD; board-certified and fellowship-trained in medical oncology.
• Eligible for Florida medical license.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in clinical care, research, and education within an academic medical center.

• Faculty: 8 physicians and 13 APPs delivering state-of-the-art patient care.
• Scope: Comprehensive breast oncology care supported by multidisciplinary collaboration in surgery, radiation oncology, imaging, and pathology.
• Mission: Advance clinical care, conduct basic, translational, and clinical research, and train future leaders in breast oncology.
