A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital, one of the largest and most complex VA facilities in the nation, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Radiation Oncologist to join our dedicated, mission-driven team in beautiful Tampa, Florida.
This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive radiation oncology services to our nation’s Veterans within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. The selected physician will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with malignant and benign diseases requiring radiation therapy while participating in tumor boards and interdisciplinary care planning.
Position HighlightsFull-time federal position (Monday–Friday schedule)

Deliver external beam radiation therapy and other advanced modalities
Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with medical oncology, surgery, and specialty services
Participate in tumor boards and quality improvement initiatives
Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to trainees as applicable
Maintain timely and accurate documentation within CPRS/EMR systems
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Completion of an accredited Radiation Oncology residency
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology
Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
U.S. citizenship required
