This role is primarily telehealth with one structured in‑person clinic day weekly at our Tampa location. Psychiatrists in our practice maintain full control over their schedules, patient volume, and workdays. Our administrative team manages scheduling, billing, credentialing, and prior authorizations, allowing clinicians to focus almost entirely on clinical care rather than administrative tasks.
Our integrated therapy model allows psychiatrists to collaborate directly with in‑house licensed therapists, supporting continuity of care, improving patient outcomes, and reducing physician workload.

This role focuses on outpatient psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adult patients. The position is designed to allow psychiatrists to practice high‑quality outpatient psychiatry with reduced administrative burden and predictable clinical workflow.
The majority of care is delivered via telehealth with one in‑person clinic day weekly at our Tampa office.
Psychiatrists have direct access to an internal therapy team, allowing for coordinated treatment planning, streamlined referrals, and multidisciplinary support when higher levels of care are needed.
Compensation- $200 per clinical hour, low no‑show rate, and compensation for no‑shows offered

Qualifications- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain
- Outpatient psychiatry experience preferred
- Commitment to high‑quality, patient‑centered care
- Primarily telehealth with one required in‑person clinic day per week in Tampa, Florida.
