Executive Education Training & Support Consultant

Overview

Executive Education Training & Support Consultant (Finance) is an expert role specializing in all aspects of in-person and digital learning, including mastery of instructional technology platforms and pedagogical best practices for digital teaching and learning environments. This multi-functional position supports USF faculty who utilize digital learning platforms, researches the latest pedagogical best practices and tools, analyzes data to assess gaps and improve institutional training solutions, manages internal/strategic projects, facilitates events, and provides support through consultation services, live/asynchronous workshops, on-demand support, online course enhancement, and the creation of effective skill-building assets in a variety of formats.

The role delivers value to the university by building the skills of executive education faculty, facilitating executive learning, and enhancing learning experiences while increasing faculty success by saving time and reducing frustration, and by improving mastery of in-person/digital teaching and learning environments.

• Master s degree in the field of training, education and/or related disciplines and 3 years of experience.
• Degree Equivalency Clause:
  Six years of direct experience for a master s degree.
