Your role: create and facilitate brief, high‑impact reading workshops that produce measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners—then support us in scaling this program across campuses nationwide.

This position is not about lesson‑plan administration. It centers on data‑informed teaching, technology partnership, and constructing a reading program that serves thousands of students.

• Facilitating brief, focused reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency
• Creating personalized motivational sessions through gamified literacy benchmarks
• Reviewing student performance data to improve instruction and identify actionable trends
• Partnering with engineers to assess and improve AI literacy platforms based on real classroom outcomes
• Building scalable, AI‑supported content that enables early elementary learners to reach grade‑level reading proficiency

• Conducting 90‑minute lessons or adhering to traditional curricula—academic subjects are taught via AI‑adaptive applications

• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
• At least 2 years of experience delivering small‑group reading interventions to K–2 students
• Skilled at assessing reading levels, grouping students, and designing differentiated instruction without pre‑written curricula
• Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behaviors within them
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Willingness to work on‑site at one of our campuses:

  Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
