You will combine high-caliber coaching expertise with dynamic facilitation skills, converting workshops, data-informed strategy sessions, and precise feedback into powerful developmental experiences. • Developing and training Guides to deliver Alpha's workshops at exceptional standards
• Authoring Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, design engaging learning experiences, and address common obstacles
• Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that drives student engagement and academic success
• Personally mentoring a select group of students, demonstrating advanced coaching and motivational techniques

• Developing lesson plans – Guides facilitate student learning via adaptive technology; your emphasis is on training them as outstanding motivators
• Accepting lowered expectations – when our success threshold is 100%, maintaining that standard is your responsibility
• Running dull training sessions – you will develop Guides through dynamic, energizing, experiential learning

Develop Guides and students to ensure every learner in your cohort is passionate about school, progresses at 2× standard pace, and achieves mastery of life skills. No exceptions.

• Currently residing in or prepared to relocate for on-site work at an Alpha Campus (Bethesda, MD; Chicago, IL; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA)
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a comparable area
• Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curriculum design, or training systems
• Established leadership and mentorship capabilities with a history of building, directing, and inspiring high-performing teams
• Background working with children and adolescents (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
• Competence in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decisions and foster continuous improvement
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
