Job Description
The Department of Criminology at the University of South Florida (USF) in Tampa invites applications for two 9‑month, tenure‑track Assistant Professor positions to begin August 7, 2026. These positions focus on teaching, research, and service within a nationally‑ranked Criminology program that offers bachelor’s, master’s, and Ph.D. degrees. The Department seeks candidates who can make a significant contribution to the doctoral program, demonstrate effective teaching at the university level (online or in person), and exhibit a strong record of research productivity and grant potential.
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications.

- Strong record of research productivity commensurate with the rank
