We are seeking experienced, motivated professionals to join our Postsecondary Adult Vocational (PSAV) programs in leadership and instructional roles at Hillsborough College. These positions play a critical role in ensuring high-quality program delivery, regulatory compliance, industry alignment, and student success.

We are currently hiring for three distinct PSAV program positions

This role oversees and supports postsecondary adult welding and advanced technology programs. Responsibilities include program coordination, instructor oversight, facilities and equipment management, compliance reporting, industry partnerships, and instructional support aligned with state and federal standards.

Hiring Salary Range: $53,450.27 to $58,795.29 depending on qualifications.

Preferred background:

• Broad knowledge of welding processes (SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, Pipe)
• Adult vocational or technical teaching experience

This role manages postsecondary adult automotive collision technology programs. The position includes program coordination, instructor oversight, facilities and equipment management, compliance reporting, certification alignment, and collaboration with industry partners to ensure students are trained to current standards.

Hiring Salary Range: $53,450.27 to $58,795.29 depending on qualifications.

Preferred background:

• ASE certifications (B2–B5) and/or I-CAR Platinum certification
• Experience in painting, refinishing, structural and non-structural repair, diagnostics, and estimating
• Adult vocational or technical teaching experience

This role oversees and delivers an 1,800-clock-hour curriculum for service technicians maintaining and repairing heavy equipment. The position includes program coordination, instructor oversight, compliance reporting, industry partnerships, and instructional support aligned with Florida DOE and NATEF standards.

Hiring Salary Range: $48,722.98 to $53,595.27 depending on qualifications.

Preferred background:

• Vocational or technical teaching experience
• ASE certifications (T1–T8) or equivalent heavy equipment credentials
