Position: ESE Teacher for English Language Arts - Morning Star Catholic School Tampa
We at Morning Star School, Tampa, are looking for an ESE Teacher to teach English Language Arts to our exceptional students in 4th - 6th grade. Morning Star School, located in north Tampa, is a Catholic school for students with learning disabilities and related challenges.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field

* State certification in Special Education

* Proven experience working with students with exceptionalities

* Experience teaching reading and writing

* Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

* Provide specialized instruction based on individual student needs

* Collaborate with colleagues to support positive learning environment

* Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding student progress

* Utilize various teaching strategies and resources to meet diverse learning needs

* Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed

Preferred

Skills:

* Experience with assistive technology

* Knowledge of behavior management techniques

* Understanding of diverse learning styles

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
