Palma Ceia Club Summer Swim Instructors in Tampa, FL

As a Swim Instructor at Palma Ceia Country Club, you will lead swimming programs, providing tailored individual and group lessons for children of all ages and skill levels. This role is perfect for students with a true passion for swimming, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to inspire young swimmers to love and respect the water. We are currently seeking a self-motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in Tampa, FL.

• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed

• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, preferably in an educational or instructional setting
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
• Strong background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching skills
• Strong behavior management skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial, as it demonstrates an understanding of working with children in a structured environment!
