Position SummaryThe organization is seeking a Certified Montessori Teacher for the Primary Classroom, catering to children aged 3 to 6 years. This is a full‑time position with designated work hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
. The ideal candidate will exhibit a passion for working with young children, uphold the Montessori philosophy, collaborate effectively within a teaching team, and demonstrate a commitment to fostering positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Deliver Montessori lessons in a fully equipped 3 to 6 classroom.
- Prepare and maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing environment.
- Observe, document, and assess student progress.
- Collaborate with assistants to plan and lead daily routines.
- Establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Conduct parent–teacher conferences and provide regular updates on student progress.
- Participate in and assist in the preparation of annual school events, including cultural celebrations, concerts, and parent connection days.
- Support outdoor play, snack/lunch, and transitions with consistency and care.
- Montessori Early Childhood Certification
: AMS, AMI, MACTE, NAMC, or equivalent. - Experience
:
Leading a preschool or kindergarten classroom. - Skills
:
Strong classroom management, organizational, and communication skills. - Knowledge
:
Understanding of child development and Montessori philosophy. - Professional Attributes

Calm, professional, reliable, and collaborative. - Eligibility
:
Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to meet all Florida childcare licensing requirements. - Bilingual Candidates

: $45,000 annually, based on years of experience and certification(s). - Paid Time Off
