Title:

Assistant Professor, Information and Technology Management

• Teach three four-credit-hour courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels each semester in the cybersecurity field, such as Information Security Principles, Network Security, and Risk Management and Compliance.
• Develop, grade, and assess examinations, assignments, and other coursework.
• Maintain accurate student attendance records, grades, and academic records.
• Prepare comprehensive course materials, including syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts.
• Evaluate and revise curricula, course content, and instructional methods as needed.
• Hold regular office hours to provide academic support and guidance to students.
• Facilitate classroom discussions and foster an interactive learning environment.
• Stay up to date with advancements in Information and Technology Management through research, professional development, and conferences.
• Select and obtain course materials, such as textbooks and other resources.
• Publish articles in high-quality peer‑reviewed journals and engage in service and student involvement opportunities at the department, college, and university levels.

• Ph.D. from a U.S. AACSB‑ or ABET‑accredited institution in Cybersecurity, Business Administration (concentration in Management Information Systems or Computer Information Systems), or a closely related field.
• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant or a closely related teaching role.
• Demonstrated teaching ability and mastery of the field.

• 40 hours per week

  Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
