Mission Systems Trainer

Must Have The Following In Order To Apply

• Associate's degree
• Three (3) years of experience delivering technical training
• Active Top Secret SCI
• Security+ CE
• Bilingual (English / Spanish)

• Bachelors Degree preferred
• Instructional Design Certification
• SOF/Join/Multi-agency training experience

Develops, manages, and delivers SOF training programs. Leads curriculum development, instructional delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement. Coordinates with engineers and SMEs to align training with system configurations and mission requirements.

• Design/develop curriculum
• Create operator/maintainer documentation
• Manage training schedules
• Deliver instruction
• Coordinate with engineering teams
• Support integration test planning
• Conduct evaluations
• Maintain alignment with mission requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds on occasion (e.g., transporting laptop, presentation materials, or small equipment)

• Clear vision and hearing required for meetings, presentations, and communication
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time, which may include extended periods of standing, walking, or navigating airports and government facilities

• Professional office environment with standard office equipment (computers, phones, printers)
• Frequent interaction with clients, executives, and government officials in both in-person and virtual settings
• Regular travel to customer sites, government facilities, and industry events
• Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment requiring adaptability and responsiveness
• Work may occasionally be performed in secure government facilities, requiring adherence to security protocols
• Work may be conducted in laboratory, workshop, office, and field environments with varying conditions

Full Time position; 1st shift; 40 hours per week. Complete work schedule will be discussed with applicant.
