Location: Tampa / Citrus Park, Florida

Position Type: Part-Time (25–30 hours per week)

Schedule Options: 5 days per week × 6 hours per day, or 4 days per week × 7–7.5 hours per day

Position Summary: MCS is seeking a Bilingual 4th Grade Teacher Aide to work alongside the Head Teacher in supporting daily classroom instruction and student learning. This individual will play an active role in teaching, assisting with classroom management, and providing instructional support in both English and Spanish as needed.

• Partner with the Head Teacher to support daily classroom instruction and student learning.
• Teach and reinforce lessons in English Language Arts, Science, and Heritage Studies at the 4th-grade level under the guidance of the Head Teacher.
• Assist with classroom organization, lesson preparation, and instructional materials.
• Support individual students and small groups to reinforce academic concepts.
• Help maintain a positive, structured, and Christ-centered classroom environment.
• Supervise students during lunch duty and other assigned times.
• Substitute for other teachers when needed.
• Assist with grading, classroom projects, and student assessments as assigned.
• Communicate professionally with staff and contribute positively to the school community.
• Participate in school meetings, professional development, and special events as needed.

• Active involvement in a Bible-believing church.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Experience working with elementary-age children.
• Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Head Teacher.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, flexible, and willing to serve where needed.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Previous experience in a classroom setting.
• Experience teaching elementary students.
• Florida educator certification or eligibility is a plus (not required).

Hourly rate: $15–17 per hour, depending on experience. Competitive hourly pay based on qualifications and experience. Part-time position (25–30 hours per week).
