Manages, coordinates, and optimizes the Joint SOF Language, Regional Expertise and Culture (LREC) Training Program, the Development and Deployment of Joint SOF Training Materials, and Contracts in Support of Training for Joint and Service SOF.

Develops requirements documents for, coordinates source selection and evaluation, assists implementation of, and conducts oversight of enterprise service contracts in support language, regional, and cultural training requirements for the training institutions (U.S. Army John

F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School, U.S. Air Force Special Operations School, Marine Raider Training Center, Naval Special Warfare Training Center) and joint and Service unit training programs.

Serves as analyst and advisor to management on the evaluation of the effectiveness of programs, operations, and productivity of all Language courses and programs within USSOCOM and Language content within the SOF Language, Regional Expertise, and Culture (LREC) Program.

Collaborates with the Chief, Language and Education Branch in all aspects of the mission to develop and implement special projects designed to improve procedures; respond to general taskings; answer internal, external, and higher headquarters inquiries; or correct deficiencies affecting the Language Program.

Incumbent is responsible for ensuring that Classified National Information Protection security disciplines are fully covered from a policy and programmatic viewpoint to ensure overall information protection requirements meet mission requirements.
