Position Details

The Department of Education in the College of Social Science, Mathematics & Education at The University of Tampa invites applications for part‑time instructors in elementary and secondary teaching courses.

• Use syllabus provided by department and other course related materials.
• Teach course(s) according to department guidelines.
• Provide meeting times for students.
• Complete course grading and submit final grades using the online system.

• Master's Degree in Education required;
  Doctorate preferred.
• College level teaching experience; experience teaching Education classes preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience teaching in K‑12 schools.

Applications for part‑time positions are accepted on a continuous basis and reviewed by the department when openings become available. Future teaching assignments are on a term‑by‑term basis which may include fall, spring and summer.
