* Job Summary:

**** Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
*** Maintain a clean and orderly facility
* Take the lead in responding to any emergency and be familiar with all emergency procedures
* Consistently offer the highest level of personalized member customer service while
* maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude
* Make multiple rounds of the entire facility during shift
* During rounds, follow the Manager On Duty tasks
* Notice and remedy unsafe conditions
* Give tours to prospective or new members
* Know and enforce guidelines in age and training restricted areas
* Refill and restock items in the locker room and common areas as needed
* Be familiar with the proper use of all equipment—cardio, strength, and free weights. If no trainer is present it is your responsibility to assist members
* Know the location of and proper use of first aid supplies and AED units
* Monitor team member activity
* Other duties as needed

* Required Qualifications:

*** High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
* Previous supervisory experience is a plus
* CPR, First Aid & AED certification, or willing to obtain upon hire
