Social Studies Teacher
Experienced Social Studies teacher with Florida Department of Education certification. Experience and familiarity with Understanding by Design, Standards Based Assessment and classroom technology integration would be an advantage. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to teach in a collaborative team environment.
Tampa Catholic offers a 4-year college preparatory program that serves a diverse student body, both Catholic and non-Catholic. Besides college preparatory, honors and dual enrollment courses of studies, TC offers the Advanced Placement program and an academic assistance program. Tampa Catholic students consistently score above state and national averages on the SAT and ACT with 99% of graduates continuing on to college or university.
