Position Summary:
HCC faculty are expected to contribute to the college community through committee work, on-going professional development, and collaborative curriculum development. A passion for teaching and commitment to student success are essential.
The position requires a master’s degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours in any combination of the qualifying fields.

- Demonstrated instructional experience at the post-secondary level.
- Two to five years of professional experience in a business-related company, industry, or organization.
- Professional or community affiliations in business/economics related associations.
- Experience using Canvas or a similar learning management system and A commitment to students through exceptional teaching and learning.
A faculty screening committee will analyze the strength of your application materials. Master’s Degree with 18 graduate semester hours in field $51,934.60 - Grade 2+:
Master’s Degree with 60 graduate semester hours in the field $54,594.23 - Grade 1:
PhD in major field $57,255.05 - Up to four salary steps may be applied to the starting salary based on experience.
