BBA After school Inc. is hiring energetic and dependable After-School Cheer & Dance Instructors to lead exciting cheerleading and dance enrichment programs for elementary-aged students throughout Tampa and Hillsborough County
.

Whether you're a cheer coach, dancer, dance instructor, teacher, college student, or someone with experience working with youth, this is a rewarding opportunity to help children stay active while building confidence and teamwork.

Part-time, after-school position

Monday through Friday

Between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM

No lesson planning required

Curriculum, music, and equipment provided

Inspire confidence and creativity in young students

Build leadership, coaching, and classroom management skills

Curriculum and equipment are provided

Lead engaging cheer and dance classes for elementary students

Follow BBA's structured curriculum and activities

Teach age-appropriate cheer motions, basic dance techniques, rhythm, coordination, and teamwork

Create a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment

Supervise groups of approximately 15-25 students

Encourage confidence, creativity, and positive sportsmanship

Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership

Cheerleading, dance, gymnastics, or coaching experience is preferred but not required

Experience working with children is a plus

Comfortable working with students in grades K-5

Reliable transportation to schools throughout Tampa and Hillsborough County

Dependable and punctual

Must successfully complete the required school district background check and fingerprinting process
