- Doctoral degree from an accredited institution or the highest degree appropriate in the field of specialization with a demonstrated record of achievement in teaching, academic research, and service. Must meet university criteria for appointment to the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Knowledge of research methods, statistics, and health workforce issues.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement research including the analysis and interpretations of primary and secondary data.
- Survey research, health services research, and evaluation research experience.
- Experience in translating research into visual and written briefs.
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in technology and data systems relevant to workforce analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with administrators, partners, and staff.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organize assigned activities, including staff when appropriate.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Experience in grant writing and program funding.
- Experience in advancing workforce initiatives.
- Experience working with state agencies, boards, or legislative stakeholders.
