Respiratory Care Educator

Lee Health is seeking a Respiratory Care Educator to lead clinical education and competency development for respiratory therapists and interdisciplinary teams. This role designs and delivers evidence-based education, simulation, and skills training; supports onboarding and ongoing competency; and serves as a clinical resource to improve quality, safety, and patient outcomes. The educator partners with leaders and frontline staff to identify learning needs, implement best practices, and foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation within our mission-driven, community-focused health system.
