The Program Supervisor is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of educational programs. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, engaging, and accessible courses that meet institutional standards and support student success.

• Develop and Implement Programs
  :
  Design and oversee the creation of courses and programs that align with the institution’s goals and standards.
• Monitor and Evaluate Program Effectiveness
  :
  Continuously assess the quality and effectiveness of courses, making necessary adjustments to improve student outcomes.
• Collaborate with Faculty and Staff
  :
  Work closely with educators and administrative staff to ensure the successful delivery and support of programs.
• Ensure Compliance and Accessibility
  :
  Ensure that all programs meet accreditation standards and are accessible to all students, including those with disabilities.
• Manage Budgets and Resources
  :
  Oversee the financial aspects of programs, including budgeting, resource allocation, and securing funding.
• Oversee Regional Program Operations
  :
  Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the education programs across multiple geographic regions, ensuring consistency in execution, compliance, and performance outcomes.
• Analyze and Respond to Regional Market Trends
  :
  Monitor regional enrollment data, demographic shifts, and market dynamics to adjust recruitment strategies and optimize outreach efforts tailored to specific populations.
• Support Cross-Regional Collaboration and Best Practices
  :
  Facilitate communication and collaboration among the program’s teams, sharing insights, standardizing best practices, and aligning efforts with institutional goals and regional needs.
• Lead with Care: Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of wellness, recognition, and engagement. Meet regularly with direct reports in one-on-one and group settings to provide feedback and cultivate/maintain a positive work culture.

• Graduate from an accredited Radiography Program.
• Holds a minimum of a master’s degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
• Possesses current ARRT certification in radiography or equivalent (e.g., unrestricted state license).
• Demonstrates a minimum of three years of full-time clinical experience in medical imaging.
• Possesses two years of experience as an instructor in a program at an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education or CHEA.
