Learning Program Manager
Seeking a Learning Program Manager with instructional design experience who has built and delivered large-scale training programs both digital and in-person, managed stakeholders, and created learning solutions for employees ranging from junior associates to managers. Ideal candidate profile: strong PM background with hands-on learning design and development experience. Has planned and facilitated in-person conferences, workshops, or large-scale training events. Experience designing learning programs for all organizational levels, from junior associates through manager-level employees.
Able to assess business needs, develop curriculum, and drive program execution end-to-end. Comfortable partnering with stakeholders across multiple departments and seniority levels. Knowledge preferred: instructional design and project management for digital solutions; adult learning theory, digital production processes, and digital learning design in both formal and informal learning environments and the linkage between design and learning evaluation/assessment; digital learning platforms, tools and systems, designing and leading for major educational technologies including self-study, mobile learning and tools, microlearning/nano-learning, simulations, extended digital learning paths, job aides, interactive pdfs, videos and animations, electronic performance support, etc.,
and the applicable development processes/timelines and appropriate uses of these technologies; and regulatory environments, NASBA CPE requirements, and compliance standards, and how they apply to digital delivery formats, including those applicable to Quality Assurance Standards (self studies, nano-learns, hybrid learning).
