Join us in providing exceptional, community-focused early childhood education where every child learns, grows, and thrives. As a VPK Lead Teacher, you’ll guide preschoolers through their final step before kindergarten—building confidence, curiosity, and school readiness.
- Deliver engaging VPK curriculum that prepares children for kindergarten success.
- Use CLASS (Classroom Assessment Scoring System) practices to foster meaningful interactions.
- Plan and lead activities that promote academic and social-emotional growth.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing classroom environment with structured daily routines.
- Partner with families and mentor junior team members to support every child’s journey.
High School Diploma or GED and CDA
- Florida VPK Lead Teacher Credentials
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Pay Range: $16.00–$18.00/hour (based on region, education & experience).
