, and we're looking for an Expanded Learning Coordinator who wants to make a difference where it matters most.
This isn't your typical coordinator position.
You'll be at the heart of a Community Partnership School, coordinating innovative before‑school, after‑school, summer, enrichment, and recreational programs that help children learn, grow, and thrive.
Every partnership you build. Every volunteer you recruit. Every enrichment activity you coordinate.

A Day in the Life- Coordinate an art or STEM enrichment program
- Partner with teachers and community organizations to create learning opportunities
- Recruit volunteers who want to give back
- Organize engaging activities that keep students involved and excited
- Coordinate transportation and program logistics
- Track attendance, outcomes, and success stories
- Plan special events that bring families, schools, and communities together

Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Florida Driver's License (within 30 days of hire)
- Reliable transportation
- One year of experience in a school, youth‑serving organization, or community setting
Preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Services, or related field
- Experience leading or coordinating youth programs
- Experience creating positive learning environments
