Trainer / Instructor | Full-time, RegularKey Responsibilities
- Deliver onboarding training for new hires
- Facilitate Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT)
- Conduct classroom and virtual learning sessions
- Coach, mentor, and support learners throughout the training journey
- Partner with Learning & Development and operational teams
- Troubleshoot learner and technical issues during training sessions
- Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Classroom and Virtual Training Experience
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
- Adult Learning Principles
- Coaching and Learner Engagement
- Problem Solving and Troubleshooting
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Power Point
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Teams
- Zoom
- Web Ex
- LMS / LCMS Platforms
- Experience in Virtual Training Delivery
- Knowledge of Learning Evaluation Methods
