Logistics Clerk (Level II) – Sunrise, Florida Mission

The Level II Logistics Clerk independently manages warehouse activities, ensuring accuracy in inventory control and compliance with aerospace standards. This role requires deeper technical knowledge of aerospace electrical components and the ability to mentor junior staff.

• Coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution of aerospace electrical parts.
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Support compliance with aerospace quality standards (AS9100, ISO).
• Train and mentor Level I clerks in warehouse procedures.
• Collaborate with procurement and engineering teams to ensure timely availability of components.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment.
• Works under moderate supervision.

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of warehouse/logistics experience, preferably in aerospace or electronics.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and inventory control practices.
• Knowledge of aerospace component handling requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve routine problems.

• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrates strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and aerospace component handling.
• Problem‑Solving: Identifies and resolves routine inventory discrepancies.
• Mentorship: Provides guidance and training to junior clerks.
• Accountability: Works independently with minimal supervision, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
