About the Opportunity

This is a high-impact opportunity for an early-career electrical engineer to build real-world experience in a full-service architecture and engineering environment. Based in South Tampa, our firm delivers public-sector design projects across Florida—including schools, universities, libraries, municipal buildings, and industrial facilities. You will be mentored by licensed Professional Engineers and gain direct exposure to multidisciplinary collaboration. This position is designed for someone seeking to grow into a licensed P.E. and ultimately lead projects in the built environment.

Position Overview

As a Junior Electrical Engineer, you will support the electrical team on design documentation, modeling, calculations, and coordination. You’ll be working under the supervision of a licensed P.E., contributing to lighting and power system design, and developing proficiency in Revit and Easy Power software. Ideal candidates are sharp, proactive, and ready to grow in a fast-paced professional setting that emphasizes internal mentorship, hands-on design, and team culture.
