The position will be a full-time role based in Tampa Bay, FL. We are seeking an Architect (or an equally qualified professional) to perform Construction Administration services for a 33-story Hotel/Condominium project, featuring 750 units, a 1,000-space parking garage, and 1.5 million square feet. Adache is the Architect of Record (AOR) for this project.

Key Details:

  • Project duration is approximately 3 years.
  • Candidate should have experience in hospitality or multifamily condominium high-rise projects.
  • 10-15+ years of Construction Administration experience.
  • An architectural degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Revit and Procore is a plus.
  • Construction or contractor background, or Owner's Representative experience, is advantageous.
  • Salary range: $80,000 to $110,000.
  • Start date:

    within 2-3 weeks.
  • Shortlisted candidates will participate in a video conference with owners.
  • Final interviews involve the General Contractor.
  • The candidate will initially work in the Ft. Lauderdale Adache office for 3 weeks before relocating to Tampa.
  • Work location during the project will be at the Tampa field office, collaborating with Owners and GC representatives near the construction site.
