• Location: Tampa, FL
• Background: Underground Utilities and/or Water & Wastewater

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for underground utility projects
• Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project feasibility and competitiveness
• Conduct site visits as needed to gather project-specific data
• Solicit, evaluate, and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven estimating experience in underground utilities

  , and/or wastewater projects
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods
• Proficiency with estimating and takeoff software (Bluebeam, Excel, Heavy Bid, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
