We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal RF Engineer to fulfill a staff augmentation role with Circet USA's customer. A Principal RF Engineer - Staffing is a senior‑level engineering professional who designs and develops radio frequency (RF) systems and components. They are responsible for overseeing the development of complex RF systems and ensuring their performance meets project requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• RF System Design: responsible for designing and developing RF systems for a variety of applications, including wireless communications, radar, and satellite communications.
• Technical Leadership:
  Will provide technical leadership and guidance to other RF engineers, ensuring that designs meet performance requirements and are delivered on time and within
• System Integration:
  Will work closely with other engineers to integrate RF systems with other components, including hardware and software.
• Test and Evaluation:
  Will oversee the testing and evaluation of RF systems, ensuring that they meet performance requirements and are reliable and efficient.
• Troubleshooting:
  Will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex RF design and testing issues and providing technical support to other engineers and technicians.
• Documentation:
  Will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports.

  A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required.

  At least 10-15 years of experience in RF design, analysis, and testing is required.

  strong technical background in RF design, analysis, and testing is required as well as proficiency in using software tools such as MATLAB, ADS, and HFSS. Experience with network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and other RF test equipment is also important.
