  • Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams on wireless network expansions, upgrades, and firmware management with minimal business disruption. Maintain accurate documentation of wireless network designs, SSID configurations, access policies, and coverage maps to support ongoing maintenance and compliance.
  • Implement wireless security protocols including WPA2/3 Enterprise, RADIUS authentication, and role‑based access control to ensure secure wireless environments.
  • Stay current on Meraki wireless technologies, industry standards (e.g., 802.11ax), and best practices to recommend improvements in coverage, capacity, and performance.
  • Support cross‑functional departments by providing technical expertise on wireless access for users, devices, IoT, and mobile platforms.
  • Participate in capacity planning and wireless network readiness for high‑density areas, events, or new site deployments.
Qualifications & Experience
