A top ENR transportation consulting firm is seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer to lead and grow its bridge engineering practice in Tampa, Florida

- Lead design efforts for new bridges and rehabilitation/widening projects.
- Conduct inspections, evaluations, and load ratings for existing structures.
- Provide technical oversight and perform QA/QC reviews.
- Collaborate with public sector clients, including state and local transportation agencies.
- Support business development and client engagement efforts.
Projects include a diverse mix of structure types, from culverts and retaining walls to complex concrete and steel bridges.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Master's is a plus
- Minimum of 15 years of bridge design experience.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Florida is required.
- Strong knowledge of FDOT standards, policies, and procedures.
- Experience with major bridge structures such as post‑tensioned concrete beams, curved steel girders, and segmental superstructures.
- Proficiency in AASHTO specifications and bridge design software.
- Proven ability to lead teams and build strong client relationships.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and client meetings.
- Master's degree or advanced education.
- Familiarity with DOT agencies across the Southeast and Mid‑Atlantic.
- Experience with Alternative Delivery methods (Design‑Build, P3, etc.).
