We are looking for an experienced Mid-Senior Level Electrical Engineer to join a growing local design team and lead high-quality projects from concept through construction. This role combines hands‑on design work with technical leadership and mentorship.
💡What You’ll Do
- Lead electrical design solutions balancing performance, cost efficiency, and constructability
- Act as technical lead across multiple projects from proposal through construction
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams
- Develop electrical drawings and models (Revit or similar platforms)
- Mentor junior engineers and support design best practices
- Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and quality expectations
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of electrical design experience
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and industry codes
- PE license preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
