Immerse yourself in the planning, design, and permitting of captivating civil engineering, land development, and infrastructure projects. Be a pivotal player in a team that tackles diverse, high‑impact projects spanning healthcare, higher education, distribution, K‑12, commercial, office, retail, mixed‑use, and beyond.

• Spearhead the planning, design, and permitting of civil engineering projects, ensuring flawless coordination and client communication.
• Direct site layout, grading, drainage, and infrastructure, shaping projects from visionary concepts to triumphant completion.
• Cultivate and sustain client relationships, with an emphasis on unlocking new opportunities for innovative work.
• Masterfully manage multiple projects within allocated budgets, schedules, and deadlines, ensuring resounding project success.
• Contribute your expertise to report and proposal writing, crafting compelling narratives for feasibility studies, stormwater management reports, technical specifications, and utility reports.
• Bring your prowess in hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and design, SWPPP preparation, and water quality compliance to the forefront.
• Collaborate with office leadership to sculpt growth plans and optimize team resources.

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Hold a valid Professional Engineer license.
• Accumulate a stellar 6+ years of experience in site/civil land development.
• Command knowledge of local land use processes and regulations.
• Showcase your flair for client development, communication, and management.
• Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
• Exhibit a proven ability to excel both independently and within a dynamic team environment.
