Location: Tampa, FL (Greater Metro Area)

Salary: $140,000–$170,000/year + Vehicle Allowance + Benefits

We’re hiring on behalf of a premier heavy civil contractor with a robust pipeline of wastewater, water treatment, and wet utility projects across the Southeast. With billions in public infrastructure funding pouring into the region, this is a high-impact leadership opportunity in one of the country’s fastest-growing markets.

As Senior Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of project performance, team development, and client relationships — all while helping to shape the future of public utility construction in Florida.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects
• Drive all phases — preconstruction, procurement, execution, and closeout
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams including engineers, superintendents, and field staff
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and change order processes
• Track financial performance, cost controls, and client deliverables
• Champion jobsite safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Mentor emerging talent and promote operational excellence

• 10+ years of heavy civil construction experience — must include contractor-side project management
• Background in water treatment plants (WTP), wastewater (WWTP), or similar public utility infrastructure
• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar field (preferred)
• Proven track record managing large, complex budgets and fast-paced project schedules
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and client-facing communication skills
• Willingness to travel or relocate in the Southeast (relocation support available)
