About the Role: Our client at I.K. Hofmann is seeking a Project Controls Manager to oversee multiple projects throughout the Southeast for a rapidly growing civil engineering firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and conducting audits and reviews for both current and future projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, budget, and forecast for numerous projects.
- Conduct large audits and reviews to ensure project efficiency and compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
- 5 years of project controls experience in an engineering services company or a closely related field.
- Experience with (Deltek) VantagePoint.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.
- Strong ERP experience.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with internal staff and external clients professionally and promptly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Earned Value tools, resource management and project productivity
