Réalis is seeking a Structural Engineer to join our Bridges and Civil Structures Team. This is an entry‑level position in Tampa, FL.

• Perform design calculations for bridges and civil structures.
• Support senior engineers by preparing reinforcement lists, quantity take‑offs, and redlines for bridges and civil structures.
• Complete technical training courses assigned for career development.
• Participate in the Quality Control process for design and plan development.

• Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• Master’s of Science in Structural Engineering is preferred.

• No experience required.
• 0–2 years of related civil engineering experience is preferred.

• Ability to perform fundamental checks from AASHTO LRFD related to moment, shear, deflection, and stress.
• 3D analysis preferred.
• Experience with FDOT MathCAD templates preferred.

E.I. or E.I.T. required.

Expected compensation range is between $75,000 - $85,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
