Senior Electrical Engineer – Power Systems | Tampa, FL | $110K–$115K

We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer (Power Systems) to join a growing team in Tampa, FL
. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer with deep expertise in power distribution, electrical system design, and analysis across commercial, industrial, or utility-scale projects.

• Design and analyze electrical power systems including distribution, feeders, and switch gear
• Perform load flow, short circuit, and coordination studies using industry tools (ETAP, SKM, Easy Power)
• Develop one-line diagrams, construction drawings, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and utility standards
• Support projects from concept through construction and commissioning
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support client‑facing technical discussions
• Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and support field activities

• 5+ years of experience in power systems / electrical engineering
• Strong knowledge of power distribution design and system analysis
• Proficiency with ETAP, SKM, Easy Power, AutoCAD, or Revit
• Experience with industrial, utility, or mission‑critical projects preferred
• PE license preferred (or in progress)
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
