Civil Engineering Program Manager

This role is hybrid and can be based in one of the following locations:

• Tampa, FL
• Orlando (Mount Dora), FL
• Charlotte, NC
• Raleigh, NC
• Atlanta, GA

• Target and generate new opportunities
• Manage project execution including proposal development, project organization, subcontractor management, scheduling, financial management, health and safety stewardship, and delivery quality
• Oversee pursuits, designate appropriate resources to projects, define client needs, address client concerns, and suggest solutions to solve project challenges
• Lead technical, cost, and scheduling decisions for interdisciplinary teams and drive customer value
• Nurture and grow client relationships
• Support the achievement of professional staff's career goals

• Required:
  
  Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering
• Required:
  
  Professional Engineer (PE)

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary design, permitting and construction as a consultant
• Ability to actively develop and maintain client relationships
• Capability to assess and resolve issues and conflicts
• Understanding of financial management of projects
• 12+ years of related experience, including 6+ years of project management experience
