The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 10-12 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 11 years of experience, or a PhD with 10 years of experience. Responsibilities include performing technical reviews, mentoring staff, and contributing to proposal generation.
Preferred candidates will have a Professional Engineer (PE) license and 20 years of experience. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
