Job Summary

Leidos provides a systems engineer role in the Intel Sector, focused on Security Engineering, Computer Network Operations, Mission Software, Analytic Methods, Signals Intelligence, and Cryptographic Key Management. The role supports JCMA activities, integrates RF communication systems, develops cybersecurity solutions, and collaborates with mission operators and developers. It offers rapid prototyping, research, and advanced technology development.

• Provide hands‑on architecture, systems integration, and systems administration in support of JCMA activities.
• Integrate RF communication systems to enable monitoring for COMSEC vulnerabilities.
• Work closely with mission operators and developers to provide innovative solutions to difficult problems.
• Perform engineering tasks centered on technical problem solving, requirements specification, process development, risk analysis, and solutions design to advance cybersecurity mission success.
• Assist with the installation of RF equipment, servers, and networking equipment, managing data center requirements.
• Support data path engineering efforts.
• Identify new and existing products, technologies, and architectures to solve design, development, and operational problems.
• Travel within the United States to support equipment delivery and installation requirements.

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance required.

• A doctoral degree with no experience.
• A master’s degree plus 3 years of relevant experience.
• A bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of relevant experience.
• An associate’s degree plus 7 years of relevant experience.
• A high school diploma/GED plus 9 years of relevant experience for candidates with in‑depth related experience.

• Cybersecurity experience.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with corporate data flows.
