Job Title
Product Introduction Field Engineer

Compensation$48.08 per hour
Schedule5x8, Monday‑Friday. 1st Shift primarily with some 3rd shift work as needed.
Responsibilities- Develop a clear understanding of the Customer Acceptance Criteria
- Manage the development and supply of test procedures, facilities, and tools for RS sites and depots
- Ensure that test procedures and tools configuration are managed during the project lifecycle
- Define and optimize the Standard Operating Procedures with reference time and monitor deviations
- Implement REX (Return of Experience) from Test & Commissioning phase of the project
- Support the T&C Operations team for the implementation and execution of the Testing Procedures
- Ensure T&C procedures comply with EHS Policy and Site EHS Management System
- Participate in EHS activities on shop floor
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of experience testing & commissioning of electrical, control, or onboard communications & network systems
- Fluent in English
- Strong knowledge of IT Tools and smart devices
- Familiarity with high‑risk activities in association with Electrical work and EHS requirements
- Previous work experience in the rail industry and/or specific educational studies in this field
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and network domains
- Understanding of Lean approach for Industrialization
- Result‑driven mindset
- Ability to foster communications between multiple stakeholders
- Proven aptitude for problem‑solving and efficient decision‑making in complex environment
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
- In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire
- Driving locally will be required; the individual will be subject to an MVR Screening. A valid driver’s license is required
