6‑month contract with opportunity for conversion to permanent employee

$48.08 per hour

5x8, Monday‑Friday. 1st Shift primarily with some 3rd shift work as needed.

• Develop a clear understanding of the Customer Acceptance Criteria
• Manage the development and supply of test procedures, facilities, and tools for RS sites and depots
• Ensure that test procedures and tools configuration are managed during the project lifecycle
• Define and optimize the Standard Operating Procedures with reference time and monitor deviations
• Implement REX (Return of Experience) from Test & Commissioning phase of the project
• Support the T&C Operations team for the implementation and execution of the Testing Procedures
• Ensure T&C procedures comply with EHS Policy and Site EHS Management System
• Participate in EHS activities on shop floor

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years of experience testing & commissioning of electrical, control, or onboard communications & network systems
• Fluent in English
• Strong knowledge of IT Tools and smart devices
• Familiarity with high‑risk activities in association with Electrical work and EHS requirements
• Previous work experience in the rail industry and/or specific educational studies in this field
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and network domains
• Understanding of Lean approach for Industrialization
• Result‑driven mindset
• Ability to foster communications between multiple stakeholders
• Proven aptitude for problem‑solving and efficient decision‑making in complex environment

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen

• Driving locally will be required; the individual will be subject to an MVR Screening. A valid driver’s license is required
