Senior Electrical Engineer; PE

Locations: Multiple U.S. Offices (Relocation Assistance Available)

Salary: Up to $180,000 + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Engineer (PE) to join a growing Architecture & Engineering (A&E) firm with a strong national presence. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex, high-impact projects across a variety of sectors including commercial, construction, entertainment, aviation, and federal.

You’ll play a key role in design leadership, client engagement, and mentoring junior engineers, while contributing to innovative and technically challenging projects across the country.

• Lead electrical design for complex building systems across multiple sectors
• Oversee project lifecycle from concept through construction administration
• Develop power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage system designs
• Perform load calculations, short circuit, coordination, and arc flash studies
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, energy codes, and client standards
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (MEP, architects, contractors)
• Serve as Engineer of Record and review/sign off on design documents
• Interface directly with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and design staff

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required)
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license (required)
• 8+ years of electrical engineering experience in A/E consulting
• Experience in one or more of the following sectors:
• Commercial / Mixed-Use
• Construction / Infrastructure
• Entertainment / Themed Environments
• Aviation / Airports
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, IBC, etc.)
• Proficiency in design tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, SKM, ETAP, or similar
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
