Provide technical consulting services for customers operating in the construction aggregate and minerals processing industries. • Act as a trusted technical advisor for quarry, mine, and plant managers.
• Manage and optimize crushing, screening, washing, wear parts, and process flow for customers.
• Balance proactive sales growth with long-term customer performance.
• Navigate outdoor, industrial, and safety-focused environments with approximately 50% regional travel.

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience (Mechanical or Mining preferred).
• 3–10 years of experience in the aggregates, mining, or heavy industrial equipment sectors.
• Strong technical comprehension of crushers, screens, conveyors, and material flow.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all levels, from operators to ownership.
