Responsibilities
- Excellent Knowledge in administering EC and SuPM systems
- Knowledge in EC/SuPM security administration and trouble shooting.
- System refreshes planning and scheduling.
- Integration of EC and SuPM systems with other SAP & non-SAP applications
- EC / SuPM Transport Management Process and Procedure
- EC / SuPM Job Maintenance
- EC UME / LDAP Configuration
- Troubleshooting EC Integration/batch Jobs
- OSS message management and SAP notes application
- EC / SuPM SAP Patching Process and Strategy
- Excellent knowledge in SAP BASIS.
- Minimum 8 years of SAP BASIS plus 3 years of EC/SuPM experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multi-tasking and manage customer communications well
