Why We Need YouIn this role you will be responsible for the engineering design process on assigned projects within a particular discipline. You will develop innovative engineering solutions that align with project, client, and partners' needs, and lead the discipline team in implementing the solutions.
Expertise of our most successful Mechanical Project Engineer- BSME/BSAE (or other engineering discipline with applicable experience)
- 10+ years of experience designing HVAC building systems for research, healthcare or higher education facilities
- Professional engineering registration preferred
- Proficiency with engineering design programs (Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks)
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Effective working individually and within team environments
