Project Manager Architecture / Planning

Für das interne Architekturbüro eines etablierten Bauunternehmens suchen wir einen erfahrenen Projektleiter Architektur / Planung (m/w/d). Im Fokus stehen anspruchsvolle technische Gebäude, insbesondere Rettungswachen sowie Industriebauten für Recycling- und Kompostwerke. Das Besondere an dieser Position:
Du planst nicht losgelöst von der Baustelle, sondern arbeitest eng und direkt mit den Projektleitern der Bauausführung zusammen. Planung und Ausführung sitzen nah beieinander, stimmen sich laufend ab und entwickeln gemeinsam praxistaugliche Lösungen. Dadurch entstehen kurze Wege, schnelle Entscheidungen und eine sehr realistische, umsetzungsorientierte Planung.

• Project management and control of architecture planning for technical buildings, fire stations, and industrial and functional buildings
• Processing and coordination of performance phases 1-5 according to HOAI
• Close cooperation with project managers of construction execution – from early planning to implementation
• Development of practical, economical, and constructible planning solutions
• Coordination with building owners, users, authorities, specialist planners, and internal project participants
• Quality assurance of planning regarding functionality, approval capability, costs, deadlines, and feasibility
• Preparation and accompaniment of planning meetings, sample takings, and project coordinations
• Ensuring structured project documentation and clear communication in the project team

• Several years of experience in the planning of high-rise building projects and experience in project management planning
• Completed study in architecture or a comparable qualification
• Interest in technical buildings, fire stations, industrial, commercial, or functional buildings
• Strong communication skills in exchange with building owners, authorities, specialist planners, and construction execution
• Secure handling of common planning and CAD/BIM tools
• Sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and enjoyment of technically challenging projects

• A responsible role in the internal architecture office of an established construction company with development opportunities
