Key Responsibilities Business Development
Lead high-impact pursuits in Florida’s aviation market—identify opportunities, build winning teams, and secure major contracts.
Grow our brand by engaging with industry organizations like AAAE, ACI, FAC, ASCE, ACEC, and WTS.
Expand our reach by collaborating across business lines—Community Development, Buildings, Environmental Services, and PM/CM.
Be a connector—build strategic relationships with airport authorities, counties, and cities.
Build and lead a high-performing aviation team with specialized expertise.
Foster a culture of collaboration, safety, and innovation across disciplines and geographies.
Play a key role in hiring and mentoring the next generation of aviation engineers.
Serve as Project Manager, Project Director, Principal, or Subject Matter Expert on major airport infrastructure projects.
Oversee project delivery with a focus on quality, budget, and schedule.
Support cross-regional efforts with our Portland, ME office and other Northeast locations.
PE license in Florida (or ability to obtain within 60 days); licenses in other states a plus.
Proven success delivering projects for small, medium, and large hub airports in Florida.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in airport infrastructure design, PM, or construction.
